Crystal S. Reid, BSN RN

I am flexible, caring, loving, and dedicated to serving others. I spent 7 years as a medical assistant and decided to pursue nursing to further my healthcare career. I am experienced in Trauma, Ortho, and Mental Health. Mental Health has become my passion and as a leader in substance abuse, I am learning how to master both. My skills include interpersonal communication, the ability to de-escalate challenging situations, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and providing an excellent customer service experience. I am passionate about the care/service I provide to clients and patients and my faith keeps me steadfast.

I obtained my nursing from Western Governor’s University and will soon have my master’s in leadership and business administration in nursing. I am married with 4 children and my hobbies outside of serving others include shopping online, watching my children play sports, spending time with my husband, and reading.

As the Director of Nursing for Hickory House Recovery, I know the knowledge and skill I bring  and I’m excited to continue my growth and dedication, becoming a part of its history and greatness.
