SMART Recovery is an international community of peer support groups that help people recover from addictive and problematic behaviors using a self-empowering and evidence-informed approach. It is a secular, research-based program.

Techniques such as mindfulness meditation, exercise, journaling, and relaxation exercises can help you navigate challenging situations without resorting to substance use.
